The flows that run
while you sleep
We build the lifecycle flows first, then the campaigns. Subject lines tested against each other rather than guessed, and revenue attributed per flow.

Most businesses send campaigns and have no automation at all. The abandoned cart, the welcome series and the win-back — the three that print money — simply do not exist.

Email Marketing — questions answered
Which platform do you work in?
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot — yours, not ours. Klaviyo if you are ecommerce and starting fresh.
What does abandoned cart actually recover?
Twelve to eighteen percent of abandoned baskets on a typical account, using a three-email sequence at one hour, twenty-four hours and seventy-two hours. The third only discounts if your margin allows.
Will emails land in the inbox?
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm the sending domain and clean the list before the first send. Deliverability is mostly a technical problem, not a copy problem.
How often should we email?
More than you think and less than most agencies push. Weekly for ecommerce, fortnightly for B2B, and we cut frequency the moment unsubscribes climb.
Do you write the emails?
Yes — subject lines, body copy and CTAs, plus the plain-text version. You approve the sequence before it goes live.
