One assistant.
Your whole week back.
A named person who joins your Slack, learns your process in the first fortnight and stays on your account. Replaced within five days at no cost if they are not right.

Most outsourcing puts your work into a shared pool. You never learn a name, nobody learns your business, and every request starts from zero.

Virtual Assistant — questions answered
Where is the team based?
Karachi and Manila. Everyone works your business hours, not theirs — that is factored into the rate and stated in the contract.
What if the person is not right?
Tell us in the first month and we replace them within five working days, free. The replacement inherits the documented SOPs so you are not starting over.
Do they use our tools?
Yours, always. Your Slack, your CRM, your inbox. You keep every account and can revoke access instantly.
How does onboarding work?
Week one you interview two candidates and pick. Week two they shadow you and write the SOP. Week three they run it. Nobody is assigned without your approval.
Is there a minimum?
Twenty hours a month for hourly work, one month for dedicated. After that it is 30 days notice either way with no exit fee.
